Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Inworks Interiors, we aim to deliver high-quality and reliable services. However, due to the personalized nature of design and fabrication, the following policies apply.

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation or site-visit charges are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

  • Before design begins: Partial refund (service charges deducted)
  • After design delivery: No refund
  • After material procurement / fabrication: No refund

3. Custom Products

Custom furniture and fabrication orders are non-refundable once production begins.

4. Delays

Delays caused by vendor issues, supply chain, weather, and other external factors do not qualify for refunds.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

6. No-Show / Unresponsive Clients

Clients inactive for over 15 days may have their project placed on hold, and fees will not be refunded.
